Terms & Conditions

1. Minimum Hire

• Studio hire is subject to a minimum booking of half a day.

• Lighting hire is charged separately on a half-day basis.

2. Damages

• The hirer is responsible for any damage caused to the studio, equipment, or property during the hire period.

• Any repair or replacement costs will be charged in full to the hirer.

3. Cancellations

• Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking will be charged in full.

4. Payment

• Full payment is required in advance to confirm the booking.

• Additional charges (e.g., damages or overtime) will be invoiced after the hire.

5. General Use

• The hirer must use the studio and equipment responsibly and follow any health and safety instructions provided.

• The studio must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
